Changelog

What shipped, and when

Everything that has shipped in RankMap AI, newest first. Only things you can actually use today — no roadmap items dressed up as releases.

Autopilot prepares the work instead of collecting it

  • NewDraft replies to 10, 25 or 50 reviews in one go — worst ratings and oldest first, so the ones costing you customers are written first.
  • BetterAnything already scheduled is no longer counted as work waiting for you. A queue that lists finished jobs is a queue nobody trusts.
  • BetterEvery item now says why it is waiting: ready for you, blocked on something, or scheduled to run on its own.

Articles, written and published without leaving the page

  • NewA full editor with headings, lists, links and quotes, plus the title, slug and category the post will carry on your site.
  • NewSelect any passage and rewrite, shorten, expand or simplify it — the rest of the article is left exactly as you wrote it.
  • NewGenerate a thumbnail from the headline, in your brand colour, and send it to WordPress as the featured image.
  • NewPublish now or schedule for a date and time. Articles arrive as drafts, so nothing appears on your site until you say so.

Connect your WordPress site

  • NewLink a site with a WordPress application password. Nothing is posted to it until you press publish.
  • BetterWhen a site refuses the connection, the message names the actual cause — a firewall sitting in front of WordPress reads very differently from a wrong password, and both used to say the same thing.
  • NewDisconnecting asks first, and says what stops and what stays behind.

Your website, audited alongside your listing

  • NewThe pages customers actually land on are checked for what decides whether Google trusts them: title, description, headings, and whether your address and phone match your listing.
  • NewA missing or unreachable contact page is called out on its own — it is the most common reason a strong profile still loses the call.

Competitors, rebuilt around what to do about them

  • BetterOpening a competitor now answers two questions and stops: where they beat you, and what their listing has that yours does not.
  • BetterThe competitor list shows how much of your area each business takes, in plain words rather than a score with no scale.
  • NewRating, reviews and photos on every result are compared against yours, so the gap is read rather than calculated.

Rank map you can actually navigate

  • NewA radar view plotting every checked spot at its true bearing and distance — so a business strong to the south and invisible north of the river reads at a glance.
  • NewLocal visibility is now a gauge that sweeps to your score, with the grade band named underneath it.
  • BetterThe map follows the gestures every embedded map uses: drag freely with a mouse, Ctrl + scroll to zoom, two fingers to move on a phone.

Nightly performance sync

  • NewInsights data is fetched once a day on our servers, so the page opens with fresh figures instead of waiting for you to visit.
  • FixedDays Google had not finished reporting were being drawn as zeroes. They are now excluded until the figures arrive, and comparison windows match.

Scheduled rank tracking

  • NewEach keyword can be re-measured daily, weekly or monthly on its own, or left to run only when you ask.
  • NewScans keep running on our servers — start one, close the tab, and the result is waiting when you come back.

One plan for what to fix next

  • NewAudit, rankings, rank map, competitors, reviews and posts now feed a single ordered list, ranked by value against the effort it takes.
  • FixedDuplicate suggestions arriving from two different sources are folded into one.

Posts that go out while you are busy

  • NewSchedule a post for a date and time and it publishes to your listing on its own, without the tab being open.
  • NewPlan a month of posts in one pass, spaced out rather than stacked, with every one still yours to edit or drop.
  • BetterPublished posts link straight to how they appear on Google, so you check the real thing rather than our copy of it.

Insights, in the language of the business

  • NewCalls, direction requests, website clicks and searches over time, with the change against the previous period stated rather than implied.
  • NewThe split between people who searched for you by name and people who found you by what you do — the number that says whether local SEO is working at all.

Who you are actually competing with

  • NewThe businesses appearing above you for your own keywords, found from live results rather than from a list you have to guess at.
  • NewTheir rating, review count and photo count beside yours, so the difference is a fact rather than a feeling.

The rank map

  • NewCheck a keyword from up to 49 points across your city and see your position at each one — because ranking first at your own front door says nothing about the next suburb.
  • NewPick the radius and the grid size to match the area you actually serve.

Rank tracking

  • NewTrack the keywords you care about and see where you sit in the map pack, measured from your location rather than from a data centre.
  • BetterKeyword suggestions now come from your own category and services instead of a generic list.

Reviews, and replies worth sending

  • NewEvery review in one place, unanswered first and the oldest of those at the top.
  • NewA drafted reply for any review, written in your business's voice and naming what the customer actually said. You edit it, and nothing is sent until you press publish.
  • NewReplies publish straight to Google and appear under the review exactly as one you typed would.

Posts on your listing

  • NewWrite an update, an offer or an event and publish it to your Business Profile without opening Google.
  • NewA draft written from what your business actually does, to be edited rather than accepted.

The audit, and a score you can move

  • NewYour profile checked against 27 ranking factors and scored out of 100, with every failed check worth a stated number of points.
  • NewThe checks ordered by what they are worth against how long they take, so the list starts with the thing to do this afternoon.
  • BetterEvery check says what good looks like, not just that yours is wrong.

Connect your Business Profile

  • NewSign in with Google, pick the listing you manage, and it is imported with its categories, hours, services and photos.
  • NewManage several locations from one account, each with its own data and its own settings.
  • NewAccess can be revoked from your Google account at any time, and disconnecting here removes what we hold.

Everything above is live today
