Before you put a card in
Can I change plans later?+
Yes, in either direction, from the account page. An upgrade applies immediately; a downgrade applies at the end of the current billing period, and anything over the new plan's limits is kept but paused rather than deleted.
What is an AI credit?+
Credits are spent only when RankMap writes something for you. A review reply or an answer is one credit, a post two, an AI image two, a full website article ten. Audits, review analysis, suggestions, rank checks and syncing are always included. The full table, with a worked month, is on the AI credits page.
Is the free plan really free?+
It is. One listing, the full 100-point score, the first 8 of 27 checks with their fixes, and 20 AI actions a month. The other checks are shown locked, with the points they are worth, so you know what a paid plan opens before you pay. No card is asked for and nothing expires.
What if I manage more than ten listings?+
Enterprise is agreed per account: custom limits on listings, keywords and AI credits, with the same product underneath. Write to us and say how many listings you run.
What is the refund policy?+
Written down in plain language on its own page, linked from every footer. In short: you can cancel any time, and you keep what you paid for until the period ends.
