Refunds & Cancellation

Cancelling

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the Account page or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops the next renewal — it does not end your current period. You keep every paid feature until the period you have already paid for runs out, and then the account drops to the free plan rather than closing.

Deleting your account is different and immediate: it removes your data, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Refunds

If the product did not work as described, tell us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund the payment in full. We would rather have the feedback than the fee.

Beyond that:

• Monthly plans are not refunded for unused days once a period has started — cancel and you keep access to the end of it.
• Annual plans can be refunded pro rata for the whole months remaining, if you ask within 30 days of a renewal.
• Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges are refunded in full, always, whenever you spot them.
• Allowances already consumed — keyword measurements and rank map scans that have run — are not refundable, because each one paid a search data provider at the moment you pressed the button.

How a refund is paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. We start them within 5 business days of approving the request; how long the money takes to appear after that is decided by your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.

Failed payments

If a renewal fails, we retry and email you. Paid features stay on for a short grace period so a card expiring does not cost you a day of work; if it is not resolved, the account moves to the free plan. Your data is not deleted for non-payment.

Asking

Email [email protected] from the address on the account, with the date and amount of the charge. We answer every request, including the ones we cannot approve, and we tell you why.
