Terms of Service

1. Who this is with

These terms are an agreement between you (or the business you represent) and Yuva Nexus Technologies LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India, which operates RankMap AI. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. What the service does

RankMap AI connects to your Google Business Profile, scores it against a published set of checks, measures where your business ranks for keywords you choose, records the competitors that appear alongside you, and drafts text you can publish. What each feature does is described in the product itself, and we may change or add features as it develops.

3. Your account

• You must give accurate details and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• You must have the right to manage every Google Business Profile you connect. Connecting a listing you do not control is a breach of these terms and of Google's.
• Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

4. Google and the other platforms, and what we do on your behalf

We publish only when you tell us to. Replies, posts, articles and profile changes are drafted for you to read and are sent only when you press the button that says so, or on the day you scheduled after approving them. Nothing goes out that you have not approved.

The same applies to every platform you connect: a Facebook Page or Instagram account through Meta, a LinkedIn page, or a WordPress site of your own. Each connection is yours to make and yours to revoke, from the platform’s own settings or from ours, and your use of those platforms through RankMap AI is also subject to their terms.

Your use of Google services through RankMap AI is also subject to Google’s own terms and policies. We are an independent product and are not endorsed by or affiliated with Google. If Google changes, restricts or withdraws its APIs, features that depend on them may change or stop, and we may not be able to give notice first.

5. AI-generated content

Some features draft text using an AI model. Drafts are suggestions: you are the author of anything you publish, and you should read it before it goes out. AI can be wrong, and it can produce text that does not suit your business. Your score, your rankings and every figure in the product are calculated by us from measured data, never by a language model.

6. Rankings and measurements

Ranking positions are measured by a third-party search data provider from coordinates around your business, not supplied by Google, and can differ from what you see when signed in to your own account. Measurements are a record of what was found at a moment in time. We do not promise any particular position, improvement, or business outcome — nobody outside Google knows how it orders results.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service to publish false, misleading, or fake reviews and content;
• attempt to access another customer's data, or to probe, scan or overload the service;
• resell, sublicense or white-label the service without our written agreement;
• use the service to breach Google's policies, or any law that applies to you.

8. Plans, fees and trials

Plan limits are described in the product. Where a plan is paid, fees, billing period and taxes are shown before you commit, and paid features stay available for the period you have paid for. Some actions — measuring a keyword, scanning a rank map — consume an allowance on your plan, and the product tells you before it spends one. See our refunds and cancellation policy.

9. Your data

Your business data stays yours. We hold and process it to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, and you can delete it at any time. We may use aggregated, anonymised statistics that identify neither you nor your business to improve the product.

10. Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages and changes at Google can all interrupt it. The service is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yuva Nexus Technologies LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue or lost business arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is being used unlawfully, or where we are required to by Google or by law — with notice wherever we reasonably can.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be notified by email or in the product before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beed, Maharashtra, India.
